United Overalls Book List 3: Denim Dudes/Dudettes

These books by Amy Leverton are almost a whose who of uber cool denim heads across the world. They range from shop owners to designers to even amazingly dressed people found on the streets.

There is such an eclectic mix of outfits on show, it's a great way to get some ideas for your own style. We get excited for anything heritage but there is some streetwear to see, lots of home repairs and Japanese sashiko and more dressed up tailoring style.

The first book, Denim Dudes, is focused on the guys while the second book, Denim, is focused on ladies. The people shown are interviewed about their love for Denim and what pieces are important to them so it is also a really interesting read.

Even if you are new to the world of denim both books can open your eyes to the major denim brands and shops in the world and can give you some good ideas for future purchases!
