Our jeans are made using denim produced in the UK using fabric weaved by Hewitt Heritage Fabrics.
Based in Lancashire, the company utilizes two 1950's Blackburn Northrop looms which gives the fabric their amazing weave character.
Lancashire itself has strong historical links with the cotton industry dating back hundred’s of years. By the late 19th Century, Lancashire was home to over 2,500 cotton mills producing half of the world’s cotton.
For us as a company it is important that we not only support other UK businesses but also seek to reduce the carbon footprint too often involved in the fast-fashion industry; by reducing the distance between the place the denim is weaved and the place that the jeans are constructed we hope to make a small difference.
